Me Space provides transformational spaces via mentoring, coaching and tailored thrive programmes for executives and leaders to develop their emotional resilience, self-awareness and understanding of others. When your leaders thrive, the business thrives too.

This personal growth enhances your leaders own presence (their words, body language, energy and attitude create states i.e. have an immediate impact, with stakeholders all around them constantly – they begin to consciously use this concept to create the states they really want to create).  The work positively impacts  on their engagement and relationships with all stakeholders, their own and others’ emotional health, wellbeing, and ultimately their performance.

Thrive Wellbeing Programmes

A tailored programme over time to allow practice and integration. To include topics such as self-development, dealing with conflict, having a mindful day, cascading positive states, increased engagement, rest and restore, and many more.

Wellbeing One to One Support

A short series of one-to-one sessions providing support through: stress and anxiety, returning to work after ill health, navigating life transitions, conflict issues and more. 

Thrive Offsite Experience Days

Themed, inspiring days offsite for groups to experience a depth of insight to wellbeing and personal development topics.
